Jose was referred to me by my mother to assist with my roofing needs. He was able to explain the process throughly and go to my home timely to inspect it. He made the initial process easy and was able to make me feel comfortable in submitting the claim.

Great people and very professional.

Michael Pagano was honest and upfront with me every step of the way, and I believe gave me a fair price. And he wasn’t pushy!

Some of the other companies I got estimates from were either way overpriced with pushy salesmen, and another company I suppose hates money because they never showed up to even give me an estimate!

I upgraded my 20 year old shingle roof to metal.

I am pleased with the results.

Would recommend!

Great experience. Charlie came out, found our leak and did a roof inspection. Pointed out some issues, but nothing to be worried about right now. Honest company. Will definitely call for any roof issues in the future.

Thank you, Jose Irizarry! We are so glad to have had you inspect our roof for damages. Thank you for your honesty and for giving us peace of mind knowing that our roof is structurally sound. While we could not file a claim at this time, we will absolutely recommend you to our family and friends. Jose came to us highly recommended by a family member whom he assisted during their roof replacement.

I had a great experience working with APC Roofing, especially Jose Irizarry, who was my main point of contact throughout the process. Jose was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated how easy he made the process and how willing he was to answer my questions. Having Jose as my point person gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Jose Irizarry and APC Roofing to anyone looking for a professional and dependable roofing company.

Our great friends referred us to APC and gave us Jose Irizarry’s number. Jose responded quickly with his inspector Ian to our storm damage concerns. Upon arrival they jumped right into documenting damages and getting through the claims process with our insurance.

Vincent Hasenstaub has helped us every step of the way in the process of getting our new roof. He is very professional knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I would recommend using Vincent as a sales person because he has the best interest for his customers and he is an asset to his company.

Vincent answered every question I had about the roofing process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to make sure I understood what to expect throughout the entire process. From the initial inspection, working with the insurance company, all the way to the roof replacement itself.

He was there every step of the way, kept me informed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and straightforward. That level of communication and customer service goes a long way with me. I highly recommend Vincent if you’re looking for someone you can trust.

José Irizarry came one day to my door. He and Jesús inspected our roof and I told them my insurance denied a claim already. They helped me see that I couldn’t give up. I’m glad I didn’t give up and listened to him. Jose explained every process that was needed before and after approval. If in doubt give APC roofing a call and if you get Jose, he will help you out. They are for the homeowner. The process of putting on a roof is next. I’ll write a review on how that went after the job is done.
